Performer | Director | Designer

Ezra Noel (they/them) is a trans-masculine actor, singer, dancer, director, and graphic designer based in Brooklyn, NY. Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, their deep connection to nature and community is always at the forefront of their artistic endeavors.

They strive to redefine the classics by transcending binary, structure, and realism. Their work as an performer is foregrounded in physicality, having extensive training in the Suzuki, Viewpoints, Chekhov, Lecoq, and Laban methods.

They hold a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from the Post Theatre Company (Long Island University Post), and have spent the past two years in New York City developing new works of theatre, recording two cast albums, and making weird art with their friends. They have been lucky enough to collaborate with the New York Theatre Barn, the Trans Entertainment Guild, Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids, Berklee NYC College of Music, and the UNTITLED Musical Project.

In addition to theatre performance, they dabble in improv, stand-up comedy, and provide graphic and web design services to business and creative professionals. Check out their design page!

Recent performance credits include: Xena: Warrior Musical (3 Dollar Bill), Into the Woods (Prima Theater), Rocket Man: An Elton John Musical Tribute (Green Room 42), Third Sex: A 1930s Transvestite Lieder (Pete's Candy Store).
